Pinetop Vista Cabin Prices

 Holiday Prices (no discounts)

• 3 night min.   Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, add $25/nt
• 4 night min. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, add $50/nt

Summer Discounts (does not apply to tax, cleaning or pet fee)

Take an additional % off the regular nightly prices quoted.

4 to 8 nights 10% off,       9 to 15 nights 20% off,        16 or more nights 25% off.

Cleaning Fee

We require a $50 cleaning fee which is non refundable. Add $25 if bringing a pet. 

Pet Friendly Policy

We love pet's and we know how they become a part of your family. Pet's are allowed with permission. You are responsible for your pet during your stay.  Please keep your pet on a leash on the property, be considerate of others, and keep your pet off the furniture.  You will be charged for any damage your pet causes.

Cancellations

We require a 14 day notice of a cancellation.  If your stay is on a Holiday, we require a 30 day notice.  If cancelled withing that time, we will return your payment minus a $10 processing fee. If you cancel after the required notice date your deposit is forfeited.

Payments

A $100 ($200 if for Holiday) deposit is due at time you book your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival (1 month before on Holidays).  We do accept credit cards and checks.
