Our cabins are priced on a per night basis. Rental rates will vary depending on the day, season, and time of year. All pricing information can be found on each cabin listing page.
There will be a nightly cabin rate, a cleaning fee for the entire stay, and then local tax.
Per our Terms and Conditions, You can easily reserve your cabin and pay the deposit online, however, all quoted Prices and Reservation Dates are subject to a manual verification. Any calculation error does not guarantee acceptance of inaccurate pricing.
Pinetop Vista Cabins reserves the right to correct any pricing calculation error especially in regards to Holiday Rates, Minimums, Discounts, Pet Fees, or other pricing differences.
- An initial deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
- However, if your stay is within 14 days of arrival, then the full amount will be due.

We love pets and we know how they become a part of your family.
- Pets are allowed with permission and a small Pet fee to accommodate for extra cleaning in between guests.
You are responsible for your pet during your stay. Please keep your pet on a leash on the property, be considerate of others, and keep your pet off the furniture. You will be charged for any damage your pet causes.
Our cleaning fee is a one-time fee charged for the entire length of your stay. We do not build extra fees into our nightly rate to accommodate this extra cost. This fee is required to ensure our team has everything they need to properly and thoroughly clean all areas and provide fresh linens in between guests.
If you have a pet and didn’t pay a pet fee, please notify us as soon as possible. While some dogs “don’t shed”, we always go above and beyond to clean up after any guest with pets.

Cancellations may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. A refund of 85% of your down payment will be returned. Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. If we can replace your reservation and re book the dates, you will receive a refund of 85% of the total payments made. For questions about this policy, please reach out to our team.
