You can easily reserve your cabin and pay the deposit online, however, all quoted Prices and Reservation Dates are subject to a manual verification. Pinetop Vista Cabins reserves the right to correct any pricing calculation error.
Due to our pricing structure, it’s not always possible to calculate our Holiday Rates, Seasonal Specials, and Discounted Rates online. This mostly occurs when your stay overlaps a Holiday or Seasonal Special time period. Know that the final price may be adjusted after your booking, only if necessary and after the amount is confirmed with the customer.
For your reference, our pricing structure is outlined below.
Regular Rental has a 2 night minimum. Extended Stay Discounts apply to 4 or more nights and is taken from the Regular Rental Rate only. Does not apply to Tax, Cleaning or Pet fee. 4-8 nts is 10% off, 9-15 nts is 20% off, 16+ nts is $25% off
3 Day Holiday (3 night minimum) stays will be charged the holiday rate for 3 nights, with the Extended Stay Discount for any remaining nights.
For example, a stay of 5 nights during a 3 Day Holiday would be charged the Holiday Rate for each night for the first 3 nights, then the last two nights would be the Regular Rate with the appropriate discount applied.
4 Day Holiday (4 night minimum) stays will be charged the holiday rate for each night.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit of $100 ($200 for Holidays) is due at time you book your reservation. The balance is due within 2 weeks of arrival (30 days before the Christmas and New Years Holidays). We do accept credit cards and checks. Credit cards are processed through PayPal by phone or online. Your financial information is secure and never stored on any of our servers. We require a one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee on all cabins.
- $65 for Cabins 1, 2, 4 and 6
- $80 for Cabins 3, 5, with the hot tubs
- Add $25 per pet if applicable
Pet Friendly Policy
We love pets and we know how they become a part of your family. Pets are allowed with permission. You are responsible for your pet during your stay. Please keep your pet on a leash on the property, be considerate of others, and keep your pet off the furniture. You will be charged for any damage your pet causes.
Rental Cabin Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-In is 2:00pm, Check-Out is 10:00am. Notice that if you’re checking out later than 10:00am without prior permission, you may be assessed a Late Fee. Please call for any questions regarding Check-In or Check-Out of your rental cabin.
We require a 14-day notice of a cancellation. If your stay is on a Holiday, we require a 30-day notice. If canceled within that time, we will return your payment minus a $10 processing fee. If you cancel after the required notice date your deposit is forfeited.
Please notice: If your cancellation is within 72 hours of arrival, you may forfeit the entire amount of your stay. It may be possible to reschedule, but this is at the discretion of the Owner. Please call if you have any questions.
While no one expects damages, accidents can happen. Please be courteous and respectful of the property. If you notice something during your stay, please bring this to our attention.
You may be assessed a fee for damages caused by you during your stay. This may include but is not limited to broken lamps, windows and glass, electronics, damaged doors, walls and furniture, stained bedding, towels, or linens, lost keys, and re-keying costs.
