Welcome!

You can easily reserve your cabin and pay the deposit online, however, all quoted Prices and Reservation Dates are subject to a manual verification. Pinetop Vista Cabins reserves the right to correct any pricing calculation error.

Due to our booking systems limitations, it’s not always possible to calculate a Holiday Rate, Seasonal Special, or Discounted Rate online. This mostly occurs when your stay overlaps a Holiday or Seasonal Special time period. Know that the final price may need to be adjusted even after your booking, but only if necessary and only after the amount is confirmed with the customer first.


For your reference, our pricing structure is outlined below.

Regular Rental, and Summer Rates have a 2 night minimum.

3 Day Holiday (3 night minimum) stays will be charged the holiday rate for 3 nights, with the normal rates applied for any remaining nights.

For example, a stay of 5 nights during a 3 Day Holiday would be charged the Holiday Rate for each night for the first 3 nights, then the last two nights would be the normal rate for that season.

4 Day Holiday (4 night minimum) stays will be charged the Holiday Rate for each night.


Deposits & Payment Information

  • A deposit of $100 is due at time you book your reservation.
  • However, if your stay is within 2 weeks, then the full amount will be charged instead.
  • If your stay is more than 2 weeks away, know that the remaining balance will be automatically charged within 2 weeks of arrival.
  • We accept all major credit cards which are processed via Stripe’s secured and encrypted payment gateway. Your financial information is never stored on any of our servers.
  • Please know that the balance of your stay will be automatically charged within two weeks of your stay. If you need to separate payments or structure them in any way, please reach out to our team at (480) 250-5398.

Cleaning Fee

We require a one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee on all cabins.


Pet Friendly Policy

We love pets and we know how they become a part of your family. Well behaved dogs are allowed with permission. You are responsible for your pet during your stay. Please keep your pet on a leash on the property, be considerate of others, and keep your pet off the furniture. You will be charged for any damage your pet causes.


Rental Cabin Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-In is 4:00pm, Check-Out is 10:00am. Notice that if you’re checking out later than expected without prior permission, you may be assessed a Late Fee. Please call for any questions regarding Check-In or Check-Out of your rental cabin.


Cancellations

We require a 14-day notice of a cancellation. If your stay is on a Holiday, we require a 30-day notice. If cancelled within that time, we will return your payment minus a $10 processing fee. If you cancel after the required notice date your deposit is forfeited.

Please notice: If your cancellation is within 72 hours of arrival, you may forfeit the entire amount of your stay. It may be possible to reschedule, but this is at the discretion of the Owner. Please call if you have any questions.


Security & Privacy Notice

We have a Ring doorbell camera installed outside next to the front door. The camera is used as a safety measure for both our guests and our property. The camera points only to the outside so there is complete privacy anywhere inside the cabin.


Property Damages

While no one expects damages, accidents can happen. Please be courteous and respectful of the property. If you notice something during your stay, please bring this to our attention.

You may be assessed a fee for damages caused by you during your stay. This may include but is not limited to broken lamps, windows and glass, electronics, damaged doors, walls and furniture, stained bedding, towels, or linens, lost keys, and re-keying costs.
