Pinetop is a very friendly, small town community with a wonderful change of seasons. We are located on South Penrod Ln just 1/4 mile off the main street of Pinetop HWY 260, close to everything yet secluded.
Driving Directions
From Phoenix area via the Beeline Highway (AZ-87):
(If it is snowing hard, you might consider taking the Salt River Canyon US-60 E through Globe instead and then you will come out on HWY 260 (the main street in Show Low) and you can follow the directions from there to Pinetop-Lakeside.
- Head East and take the Beeline HWY (AZ-87) to Payson.
- At the main intersection in Payson (by the McDonalds) turn right onto HWY260 towards Heber, Show Low.
- Follow HWY 260 all the way to Show Low. You will go through Show Low, through Lakeside and then you will come to Pinetop. All these small towns run together but they are marked.
- In Pinetop follow HWY 260 through town until you get to a stop light at Penrod Lane. Charlie Clark’s and Eddie’s Country Store are on this corner.
- Turn RIGHT (you can only turn one way) on Penrod and go all the way to the end of the road. (Approx 1/4 mile) Look to your left and you will see our beautiful cabins scattered on the hillside. You are there!
From the Tucson area via AZ-77 N:
- Leave Tucson heading North toward globe via the AZ-77N (Salt River Canyon) for approximately 97 miles.
- Turn left onto US-70 / AZ-77 (heading towards Globe); in 2 miles you’ll turn right onto US-60.
- Follow US-60 for 86 miles.
- Turn right onto AZ-260 / N White Mountain Rd to take you through Lakeside to Pinetop.
- The AZ-260 / N White Mountain Rd is the main strip in Pinetop and will take you through Pinetop. In about 10 miles you’ll come to a stoplight at S. Penrod Lane.
- Turn RIGHT (you can only turn one way) on Penrod and go all the way to the end of the road. (Approx 1/4 mile) Look to your left and you will see our beautiful cabins scattered on the hillside. You are there!
